Very welcoming experience!! Ron was very informative, pointed out things to me to be aware of for my generator and even misc equipment. Was able to get service the next day after I called and service went very smooth. Looking to use PFO for other things, good customer service isn’t always easy to come by.

Ron a real asset to PFO , the best service Maintance repair expert, to ever come quickly and work efficiently, from PFO or ANY other furnace /A/C oil company we have dealt with for furnace repair and Maintance , in 26 yrs of living in this home ! He Took the time out to explain efficiency of furnace , the duck work that has not functioned well in the 26 yrs of living here and why ! And it won’t be too Hard of a fix either ! WOW PFO you have a winner! Take good Care of him! A rare find indeed 🤗! People don’t realize “ never take for granted” how important it is to have a SAFE functioning furnace , chimneys , and duct work ! We had a Carbon /Dioxide issue 2 times over the years , both times could have been prevented , 2 separate issues , both times from incompetent / install and service providers ! You Cant be too careful, homeowners “ ask questions , and know how things are supposed to work and function !” Truly you and your families life depends upon it ! Carbon / Dioxide is deadly ! “ detectors are imperative ! We have an older home , Be sure Ductwork is installed properly too ! PFO ✅ ✅✅Ron ✅✅✅

I had a yearly service on our gas heater yesterday. Ron Teixeria who did the service could not have been better. He has been to our house several times throughout the 13 years since Princeton Fuel Oil installed the Carrier heater and air conditioning system. Ron is always knowledgeable, professional and friendly regardless of working on the heater or air conditioner. He a real credit to the staff at PFO and always makes me feel like a valued customer. Hopefully, I can continue to request Ron whenever I am need of service for either an emergency or the yearly maintenance contract. I cannot say enough good about Ron and PFO. I would not hesitate to recommend PFO to anyone based on my experience with the company.
