Installation Case Study: Residential Mitsubishi Ductless AC Lambertville NJ

Many homes in the town of Lambertville NJ are older homes that were originally built without an air conditioning system. We recently serviced the Riedeburg home on So Franklin Street which is one of those homes. It is an older two story single family home that has a lot of windows and natural lighting. Although this adds beauty and appeal to the home, it also means that the home can get quite hot during the warmer weather.

After consulting with Princeton Heating & Air Conditioning, the Riedeburgs decided that they wanted to replace their window units with a Mitsubishi ductless system.

Problem:

Rich lives in a large home but manly uses only three rooms. His existing system was propane fueled and very expensive to run due to heating and cooling unused portions of the home.

Solution:

We installed a new Mitsubishi Ductless heat pump with an outdoor unit and two indoor units, one in the living room and kitchen area and one in the Master bedroom, where Rich spends 99% of his time. This new system has reduced the heating and cooling costs significantly.
