Automatic oil delivery is the perfect option for people who don’t want the hassle of worrying about having to monitor their oil tanks or remembering to call us when the tanks are running low.
If you prefer automatic oil delivery, you can receive your order based on a service agreement schedule. The schedule uses a high-tech modeling program that comprises a range of parameters such as your oil tank size and age, the square footage of your house, past consumption rate, whether or not your hot water heater requires fuel, the daily outside temperature and the foreseeable temperature trends.
This is the worry-free option if you want to ensure that your heating system always has oil when you need it. Should you run out of oil, we can always arrange a priority delivery.

C.O.D Option
Cash on Delivery is available for those customers who prefer to pay for a delivery as and when it is made. However, it does have some drawbacks compared to the automatic oil delivery service.
To begin with, the customer must be at home when the delivery is due to be made and will have to provide an acceptable payment (be it cash or a money order) prior to the delivery being made. On the contrary, an oil delivery service can be conveniently paid for on debit order, credit card, or various other payment options.
Oil Delivery
If the driver arrives to make the delivery and no payment is available for C.O.D, the oil cannot be delivered. If payment has been made one day prior to delivery, there may be an exception to the need to be present at the time of the delivery, but a money order or cash will need to be dropped off at our offices, or an approved credit card may be used to prepay.
Another downfall with cash on delivery is that we are not able to provide an exact time of delivery. There are a few reasons for this. Firstly, drivers’ schedules tend to vary day to day and fluctuate depending on peak times, the number of orders received, and a company’s attempts to establish efficient delivery routes. What’s more, drivers can also encounter increased waiting times when picking up the oil order, particularly in colder weather and during the winter months. Thirdly, like anyone on the roads during winter, drivers are repeatedly subjected to poor road conditions due to sleet, snow, heavy rain, and traffic delays. With automatic oil delivery, you know when your oils will be delivered and don’t need to worry about having cash on hand.
Automatic Oil Delivery Service Benefits
If your schedule does not allow you to be home for a COD delivery, this is not the option for you. In the long run, an automatic oil delivery service will save you time and money, offering the utmost convenience and professional service.
